My experience and commitment to this process speaks for itself. I was number 6 on the Sergeants list in Essex county, 2005. I was number 1 in the state on the Lieutenant list, 2008. In 2011, I ranked first in Essex County and second in the State on the Captain's exam.

Two officers that participated in my program placed in the top twenty on the Essex county Sergeant's list in 2008.

This individual tutoring program and sixteen-week preparation class are designed for people who are serious about getting promoted.
